Being a State property, its classification is made by Government decree.<\/p>\n\n\n\t\t\t<a id=\"ub-expand-toggle-partial-605f5aea-ed5b-4326-814f-9c185497d99b\" class=\"ub-expand-toggle-button\" style=\"text-align: left; \" role=\"button\" aria-expanded=\"false\" aria-controls=\"ub-expand-full-605f5aea-ed5b-4326-814f-9c185497d99b\" tabindex=\"0\">\n\t\t\t\tler mais\n\t\t\t<\/a>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"ub-expand-portion ub-expand-full ub-hide wp-block-ub-expand-portion\" id=\"ub-expand-full-605f5aea-ed5b-4326-814f-9c185497d99b\" aria-hidden=\"true\">\n\t\t\t\n\n<p>Quando pertencente a autarquia local ou pessoas coletivas de direito p\u00fablico, a sua classifica\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 concretizada por portaria do membro do Governo\u00a0\u00a0 respons\u00e1vel pela cultura, se houver\u00a0\u00a0 acordo do propriet\u00e1rio.
